I bought a pair of yeezys with them and any one who has tried to buy yeezys will know because of the exclusivity it's hard to manage stock control. But I clicked on my size and ordered.
I read all the negative reviews and was worried it would take long to get my order, plus on the second day I had not received any dispatch information so I decided to call customer service and they were really helpful and told me exactly where the package was and moments after I received tracking information and to my surprise the order came on the third day. The product is real and I am very happy.
And FYI I ordered from the uk during coronavirus times
Cancelled my order without notice because of an ‘issue’ with my bank. Contacted my bank and they said it was Mr. Porter who cancelled the transaction. Then told by a Mr Porter ‘Customer Service Representative’ (and I use the title loosely) that the hold on the funds would be released within 10 business days. What a joke. Most online vendors are 1-3 business days at most. They cancel my order because of some shady you know what with their inventory, then tie up my money for two weeks. Don’t waste your time, money, and mental health on these con artists.

This review is Specific to Porter furniture shifting division.
They work on a outsourcing model and they have tied up with the most low cost cheapsters who have no experience in professional services.
Looks like their managers work hand in glove to select the service companies.
Had a very very bad experience with one of them. Complained to the manager but not much of action taken.
If higher ups want to understand, I have some voice recordings of the person who shifted our furniture, for them to understand how dirty and unprofessional they were.And gave us such a bad time.
Pls avoid porter service for house shifting.
They work on a flop model.

You can enjoy shopping by always showing new products and new trends. Also, there are brands that cannot be found in Korea, so you can shop selectively on this site, but I have to bear the price. I'm still satisfied
I have ordered many times and found the order to be handled in a prompt manner. Since I really like the Loro Piana line of clothing Mr Porter is ideal for my buying habits. Even if at times the mercandise needs to come from Italy it still arrives in a very quick time frame.
As the title says, if you expect good customer service when you have an issue then you have the wrong company... this is not the company you are looking for! I purchased several items from them, only to find one was empty. On contacting customer service it took weeks to finally be informed that no we'll not replace it as we say it was fine when we sent it out. I strongly doubt this, and it wasn't when I received it.
Suffice to say I'll not be using them again.

It is not hard to get hold of. But they are totally useless. At least 100% useless when contacted from Russia.

You get to talk to the customer service, but don't expect them to solve any issues on your order.

Generally legit. But they take their time to process anything. Not sure if it's tardiness, stupidity or lack of proper staff.

Based on my experience, not that sure. They canceled my order 3 times, but my bank told me they still hold my money.
